When you create an account, you agree to:

4. Subscription & Billing

CrownSense AI offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($79/year). All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.

5. Pro (Stylist) Access

Professional access is available by application only. We reserve the right to approve or decline any professional application at our sole discretion. Professional accounts must be used only by the licensed professional who applied.

6. User Content

By uploading images or other content to our Service, you grant CrownSense AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of all content you upload.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CrownSense AI does not guarantee that AI hair analysis results will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation. Always consult a licensed trichologist or dermatologist for medical hair concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrownSense AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Transmit any unauthorized advertising or spam
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the Service
